The administration reserves the right to refuse the webmaster to participate in the affiliate program without explaining the reasons for the refusal.
The webmaster is obliged to ensure that he has the necessary rights to conduct marketing activities on the advertising sites declared by him. He himself bears any legal and property responsibility for what is happening on his advertising sites.
The webmaster undertakes not to take any actions that affect the operation of the affiliate network www.fairpay.pro. Such actions are understood as attempts to technically influence the performance of the affiliate network servers, attempts to hack protection mechanisms, use viruses, trojans, and other malicious programs for any of their purposes. Use brut force attacks, DoS(DdoS) attacks, spam, use of links and any other processes that could damage the affiliate network.
The webmaster is allowed to have only one account. The account is created one for one individual or one for one legal entity. If an individual is acting in state for an entity that has an account with the FairPay Affiliate Network, then they are prohibited by these rules from creating a personal individual account to perform their official duties for that entity.

The webmaster must strictly follow these rules.
To start working on attracting visitors to offers, you need to register one or more sources in the program. Traffic sources in FairPay can be:
Webmaster's own sites.
Contextual advertising systems.
Banner advertising systems.
Systems for buying and selling traffic.
Social media.
Doorway traffic.
All other sources after prior agreement with the FairPay Administration.
Own sites of webmasters must meet the following conditions:
The site must be at least 2 weeks old.
The site must not violate local laws, and countries with traffic and the offer of which you work.
The site must be hosted on a paid hosting (an exception can be made for interleaver pages and separate landing pages).
Sites with inflated visits are not allowed to work in the system.
It is forbidden to use your personal pages as sources.
Each source before use in the program is checked by the Administration www.fairpay.pro
The administration of www.fairpay.pro reserves the right to reject any source from participation in the program without explanation.
When working with www.fairpay.pro, the Webmaster is prohibited from:
Use unapproved and prohibited by the Administration sources.
Use sources that violate local laws and countries with traffic and the offer of which you work.
Use sources promoting intolerance based on race and gender.
Use sources containing malicious code.
Tweak the system in any way, including:
Achieve goals on your own.
Perform the achievement of goals by other users as a result of a request, reward, deceit or misrepresentation.
Hide or change referer.
Change the IP address within the same subnet or using proxy servers and anonymizers.
Use unacceptable offers and sources specified in its description.
Use unsolicited mailings (spam) to attract users or other webmasters.
Use deliberately false facts about the offer to attract traffic.
Initiate automatic actions of visitors using scripts, bots and any other means.

It is forbidden to use advertising materials, including the brand of one advertiser, to promote the site of another advertiser. Advertising materials using state symbols (flags, coats of arms, links or names of official ministries and departments), as well as indications of specific medical institutions, clinics, names of doctors are prohibited.
It is forbidden to use any technologies and types of cookie stuffing (cookie dropping). It is forbidden to use scripts that allow you to put cookies on sites that the User has not visited or viewed. It is forbidden to rearrange, replace, fray the User's cookies for others that do not belong to the sites that the User viewed.
Ignore requests from the FairPay Administration to provide data on traffic sources or any other information related to the activities of the Webmaster in the affiliate program www.fairpay.pro.
Mislead the Administration by any means.
If the Webmaster violates the rules of working with the system, the Administration reserves the right to apply sanctions to him. Sanctions may be as follows:
Suspension of payments on the account, until a decision is made on the degree of misconduct of the Webmaster.
Temporary blocking of the account, until a decision is made on the extent of the Webmaster's misconduct.
Permanent blocking of the Webmaster's account, with the blocking of all earned funds in favor of the advertiser, for whose offer the rules were violated.
Making a decision on the degree of the Webmaster's misconduct is decided individually, but not more than within 3 working days from the moment the sanction comes into force.
Payments to webmasters are made according to the details that are indicated in the profile. Each offer has a Hold value equal to the number of days given to the system and the advertiser to check the action. After the Hold time expires, if the action was not canceled by the system or the advertiser, then the reward becomes available for withdrawal. The webmaster's account consists of two fields: Balance and Available. On the Balance there is a potentially earned amount for actions before the expiration of the Hold time. In Available, there are funds available for withdrawal.
Payments are made within 3-5 working days after successful moderation. Early payments are possible upon agreement with the administration.
To receive a payment, it must be ordered through your personal account. You can order for withdrawal only the amount that is in Available. The minimum payout amount is $50.
The administration reserves the right to change these rules at any time and without prior notice.
